Agentic AI infrastructure startup Composio has raised $25 million in a funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners.
Existing backers Elevation Capital, Together Fund (founded by Girish Mathrubootham), and prominent angels like Gokul Rajaram, Dharmesh Shah (HubSpot), and Sohum Mazumdar (Rubrik) also participated.
This brings Composio’s total funding to $29 million.
The San Francisco-headquartered company—with a development hub in Bengaluru—plans to use the capital to expand its engineering and research teams, doubling headcount from 25 to 40 by year-end.
Founded by Soham Ganatra in 2023, Composio is building AI agent infrastructure that integrates directly with widely-used business tools like Gmail, Salesforce, GitHub, and Slack.

Its platform serves as a connective layer that allows autonomous agents to act across enterprise workflows—handling everything from sending emails to updating CRMs—without developers having to build each integration manually.
Composio’s tech is designed to eliminate friction in deploying AI inside traditional enterprise stacks, where integration overhead, legacy systems, and security bottlenecks slow down adoption. The startup already counts 200+ companies as paying clients and has surpassed $1 million in ARR, according to Ganatra.
The platform has seen rapid traction with over 100,000 developers onboarded, and adoption from Y Combinator startups like April, OpenNote, Dash, Den, and Airweave.
