Clarity Labs raises Rs 4 Cr in seed round led by Artha Venture Fund

Gurugram-based personal care startup Clarity Labs has raised over Rs 4 crore in a seed funding round led by zArtha Venture Fund II, with participation from a group of angel investors.

The round values the company at Rs 20 crore on a pre-money basis.

The fresh capital will be deployed to fast-track product innovation, expand into new personal care categories, and strengthen its omnichannel presence across D2C platforms, online marketplaces, and quick commerce channels.

Founded in late 2025 by Karan Dokras, Clarity Labs focuses on building functional skincare products designed for everyday use. The brand aims to simplify personal care routines by offering practical, results-driven solutions tailored for Indian consumers.

Its product portfolio is centered around addressing common skin concerns such as acne, tanning, sensitivity, and muscle recovery, with a focus on transparent formulations and ease of use.

The company recently launched its flagship soap range and has since expanded distribution through its own website as well as platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

Going forward, Clarity Labs plans to broaden its portfolio into adjacent categories including hair care, body wash, and facial cleansers, while continuing to build on its core product lines.
