In a step toward empowering early-stage startups with strategic digital visibility, CEO VINE, a digital-first media platform, has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AIC-Nalanda Institute of Technology Foundation, a leading Atal Incubation Centre based in Odisha.
Established on December 1, 2018, and founded by Malaya Kumar Padhi, AIC-Nalanda is Odisha’s first Atal Incubation Centre. Backed by the Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, it operates as a dynamic launchpad for startups working to create impact in underserved sectors.
The centre offers mentorship, industry-academic collaboration, financial resources, and market support to help founders transform their ideas into scalable ventures.
With a strong focus on social upliftment and rural development, AIC-Nalanda is known for supporting startups that aim to drive inclusive innovation.
As part of this collaboration, CEO VINE will provide select AIC-Nalanda incubatees with strategic brand storytelling services. Each startup will benefit from improved discoverability through backlink integration and will retain full control over content reviews prior to publishing.

CEO VINE, founded by Subhrajit Swain in 2023, is on a mission to amplify startup innovation, spotlight founder journeys, and foster community-driven visibility through high-quality business content.
By partnering with AIC-Nalanda, CEO VINE strengthens its commitment to enabling young ventures especially those from emerging regions to build trust and digital presence in an increasingly competitive entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The partnership reflects a shared vision: to give India’s next generation of founders the credibility, visibility, and momentum they need to succeed.
AIC-Nalanda will facilitate the nomination of startups for this publishing initiative, promote the partnership through its channels, and support cross-promotional efforts to maximize ecosystem impact. CEO VINE, in turn, will explore co-branded content formats such as founder panels and startup roundups, ensuring continued innovation in digital storytelling.
Together, AIC-Nalanda and CEO VINE are laying the groundwork for a new model of startup support—where incubation meets amplification, and stories are not just told, but strategically crafted to inspire confidence, investment, and growth.
