Bucketlistt raises Rs 1.07 Cr pre-seed round to expand experiential tourism platform
The company claims to have facilitated bookings worth over ₹10 crore while serving more than 31,000 customers.

Experiential tourism startup Bucketlistt has secured ₹1.07 crore in a pre-seed funding round at a post-money valuation of ₹10.07 crore.
The round saw participation from angel investors, including Arvind Choudhar, Aenik Shah, Kartik Khatri, and Yash Mehta.
The fresh capital will be used to strengthen the company’s technology infrastructure, expand its network of experience operators, accelerate customer acquisition efforts, and hire talent to support the next phase of growth.
Founded in 2025 by chartered accountants Shubham Makhecha, Nitant Desai, and Divyam Shah, Bucketlistt operates a curated marketplace connecting travellers with verified adventure, cultural, and spiritual experiences across India.
The startup also runs OkGhumo, an ERP and CRM platform designed for experience operators to manage bookings, operations, and financial workflows more efficiently.
Since launching in December 2025, the company claims to have facilitated bookings worth over ₹10 crore while serving more than 31,000 customers. Its offerings are currently concentrated in Rishikesh, where users can access activities such as rafting, skydiving, camping, hot-air balloon rides, and curated local experiences.
Beyond its consumer marketplace, Bucketlistt is building a SaaS-driven technology ecosystem for tourism operators through OkGhumo. According to the startup, the platform has already onboarded three vendors collectively representing more than ₹40 crore in annual business volume.
As part of its expansion strategy, the startup plans to enter destinations including Manali, Bir, Jaipur, Goa, and Ujjain while broadening its portfolio of cultural and spiritual tourism experiences.
Looking ahead, Bucketlistt aims to launch a dedicated consumer mobile application, introduce loyalty and dynamic pricing features, and enhance OkGhumo with advanced integrations and AI-powered booking capabilities to streamline the travel experience ecosystem further.
