Travel-tech startup Bucketlistt.com has raised ₹7.6 crore in a seed funding round led by Kairon Capital. Titan Capital, Divisa Family Office and Kunal Popat, founder of baby-products brand R for Rabbit, also participated in the round.

Announced on October 26, 2026, the funding will be used to strengthen the company’s technology and product, onboard more experience providers and expand beyond its initial Rishikesh market. The company plans to enter Manali and Bir as its next destinations, while also investing in content, organic discovery and distribution partnerships.

Founded in 2025 by Shubham Makhecha, Nitant Desai and Divyam Shah, Bucketlistt.com operates a marketplace for discovering and booking travel experiences across India. Alongside the consumer platform, the startup runs OkGhumo, software designed to help experience providers manage bookings, inventory, agents, payments and day-to-day operations.

The latest round follows a ₹1.07 crore pre-seed angel round announced earlier in 2026. That round was backed by angel investors including Arvind Choudhar, Aenik Shah, Kartik Khatri and Yash Mehta, and valued the company at a reported ₹10.07 crore post-money.

Bucketlistt.com launched in Rishikesh in December 2025, initially focusing on adventure tourism. The platform allows travellers to discover and book experiences rather than limiting travel planning to conventional accommodation and transportation bookings.

Its offerings include adventure activities as well as cultural and other curated experiences. The company says experience providers are vetted before being listed on the marketplace.

The platform’s terms state that Bucketlistt acts as an online marketplace and technology platform connecting travellers with independent third-party activity operators and experience providers. The operators remain responsible for delivering the activities and meeting applicable safety, licensing, insurance and regulatory requirements.

Bucketlistt says the marketplace has served more than 12,000 customers since launch. The company also says around one in five customers currently comes through word of mouth.

Across Bucketlistt.com and OkGhumo, the company says it has managed more than ₹22.5 crore in bookings over the 10 months since launch. This represents booking value rather than revenue earned by the company.

The startup initially acquired its first 100 customers in Rishikesh through offline distribution, including posters, according to co-founder Nitant Desai. Its work with local experience operators subsequently led to the development of OkGhumo.

OkGhumo Connects the Consumer Marketplace With Experience Operators

OkGhumo is the business-to-business side of Bucketlistt’s model. Launched in March 2026, the platform is designed to replace fragmented processes that experience operators often manage through phone calls, WhatsApp messages and spreadsheets.

The software provides tools for bookings, live inventory, agent management, payments and operational workflows. Its live inventory also supports Bucketlistt’s consumer marketplace by allowing travellers to receive booking confirmations based on updated availability.

According to the company, OkGhumo has served more than 50,000 customers and is being used by adventure operators in Rishikesh to manage bookings, inventory, agent settlements and payments.

The company had previously disclosed that three vendors onboarded on OkGhumo collectively represented more than ₹40 crore in annual business volume. This figure refers to the vendors’ business volume and should not be interpreted as OkGhumo’s revenue.

The dual-platform approach gives Bucketlistt two points of interaction with the market: the consumer platform handles discovery and bookings, while OkGhumo provides the technology infrastructure used by experience providers.

With the latest funding, the company plans to replicate this model beyond Rishikesh, beginning with Manali and Bir.
