Bower School Raises ₹26.8 Crore in Pre-Series A Funding

Hyderabad-based Bower School of Entrepreneurship has raised ₹26.8 crore in a pre-Series A funding round to strengthen its entrepreneurship programmes, expand student enrolment, build a standalone campus in Hyderabad and develop a technology platform connecting learners, mentors, founders and its wider community.

The round follows Bower’s ₹11.5 crore seed funding raised in April 2025, taking the institution’s total disclosed funding to ₹38.3 crore. The latest round includes returning investors, new investors from the education sector, a Silicon Valley-based investor and other high-net-worth individuals.

About Bower School of Entrepreneurship

Founded by Pavan Allena, Bower School of Entrepreneurship operates across school education, undergraduate learning, executive education and founder development. The institution says it has supported more than 150 startups and launched nine programmes.

Its current reach includes more than 8,000 K-12 learners, 50 undergraduate students and 150 executive education students. Its Founder OS platform connects more than 2,000 founders, while more than 200 students are pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate programmes through Bower’s university partnerships.

Bower’s current programme ecosystem spans five broad verticals — SEED, BUILD, LEAD, EDGE and CAPITAL — covering learners from school level through founders and venture building. Its programmes include entrepreneurship education for grades 3–12, undergraduate venture-building, executive programmes and founder-focused initiatives.

The institution was founded in 2024, according to its current company and LinkedIn profiles. Before starting Bower, Allena built Metamorphosis Edu, an entrepreneurship education platform that was later acquired by BrightCHAMPS.

Bower had previously raised ₹11.5 crore in seed funding from Astir Ventures and high-net-worth individuals. At the time, the institution reported ₹1.5 crore in revenue in Q4 FY25 and said the capital would be used to develop an AI-powered course builder, strengthen partnerships and expand its education ecosystem.

Ravi Reddy and Bharath Maguluri, who participated in the latest round as investors, have subsequently joined Bower as Partners.

“Education has a lasting impact when it gives people the confidence and capability to create opportunities for themselves and others. That belief is at the heart of my decision to become a co-founder of Bower. I want to help strengthen its programmes and reach more learners across the country, building a generation of entrepreneurs who contribute to India’s growth,” said Bharath Maguluri, Partner, Bower School of Entrepreneurship.

“My experience with the US and Silicon Valley ecosystems has shown me what becomes possible when talent has access to the right mentors, technology and markets. As a co-founder of Bower, I want to help create those connections for aspiring entrepreneurs in India and give them the confidence to build enterprises that can compete globally,” said Ravi Reddy, Partner, Bower School of Entrepreneurship.

What’s Next for Bower School of Entrepreneurship

The latest capital will be used to strengthen Bower’s existing programmes, increase student enrolment and expand its team of educators, industry practitioners and venture specialists. A key part of the expansion is the development of a standalone campus in Hyderabad.

Bower also plans to expand its technology platform, with the aim of bringing its programmes, mentors, founders and community together in one ecosystem. The platform is intended to extend the institution’s engagement with entrepreneurs beyond its classroom and programme-based activities.

The institution plans to deepen relationships with existing university partners and establish new institutional collaborations across different states in India. This will allow Bower to extend its programmes beyond its Hyderabad base while continuing to build its entrepreneurship education and founder network.

“We have supported more than 150 startups and launched nine programmes, but we are still at the beginning of what Bower can become,” Pavan Allena, Founder and CEO of Bower School of Entrepreneurship, said. He added that the new funding would support programmes, team expansion, university partnerships and the development of a connected technology and community platform.
