Bubble tea and Korean-inspired QSR brand Boba Bhai has launched its 67th outlet at Elpro Mall, Pune — marking a significant milestone for the brand that rose to fame after its appearance on Shark Tank India. With this, the company continues its aggressive nationwide expansion within just two years of operations.
The brand is targeting 100+ outlets by the end of 2025, with a focus on top metros and youth-centric tier-2 cities. Boba Bhai aims to dominate the mass-premium beverage and fast-food category with its culturally tuned offering and fast-paced outlet rollout.
Founded in 2023 by Dhruv Kohli, Boba Bhai blends bubble teas with Korean-style fast food — including K-pop burgers, spicy wings, and loaded fries. The brand clocks over 50,000 monthly orders and currently operates at an ARR of ₹24 crore. Kohli’s vision was to build a youth-first QSR chain rooted in pop culture and high repeatability.

Series A funding from 8i Ventures followed soon after, cementing investor confidence. The brand has averaged 33 outlets per year, one of the fastest growth rates for a specialty beverage player in India.
