Bengaluru-based enterprise AI startup Zenalyst has raised ₹3 crore in a pre-seed funding round from a group of angel and corporate investors, as the company looks to expand its AI-powered solutions for enterprise finance and business operations.

The round includes investments from SKIL Cabs, GERP Technologies, Anurag Jain, Manish Kumar Jeloka, Pratap Padode, Siddarth Razdan and P H Corp, according to the company.

Zenalyst plans to use the fresh capital to strengthen ZenForce, its enterprise AI platform, and expand its agent-based solutions across areas such as treasury, procurement and other business workflows.

Founded in 2025 by Nagendra Singh, Sanketh Krishnappa and Vijay Jha, Zenalyst is building AI systems that connect data across enterprise applications and help businesses automate analysis and decision-making. Its platform is designed to work across systems such as ERP, CRM and HRMS, with the company currently claiming 150+ connectors for enterprise data integration.

The startup’s product development has increasingly focused on finance and treasury use cases. Its current public positioning describes an AI Finance Workforce designed to bring together fragmented enterprise data and support finance teams with analysis, intelligence and workflow automation.

The company says its platform is being used by enterprises across sectors including real estate, infrastructure, engineering and construction, pharmaceuticals and travel. Its reported customer base includes companies such as Sattva Group, Knowledge Realty Trust REIT, Bharat Biotech, Puravankara and SKIL Travels.

Zenalyst has claimed that its AI systems can reduce manual effort by up to 90% in targeted workflows, while certain deployments have delivered payback within 12 months. The company has also reported a sales pipeline of around $1 million.

The startup has been building its presence in enterprise finance and treasury operations. In a recent industry interaction, Zenalyst CEO Nagendra Singh said the company’s platform integrates with banking and enterprise systems and is being used by companies managing complex treasury operations. The company has also reported significant automation gains in some deployments.
