BCT Ventures Raises ₹42 Crore Seed Funding Led by 3one4 Capital, Commences Operations

AI-native consumer brands platform BCT Ventures has commenced operations after raising ₹42 crore in a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital.

The company plans to use the fresh capital to build AI-led consumer brands, beginning with the nutrition and wellness category. It will deploy its proprietary AI engines across consumer research, product development, brand creation, and go-to-market execution.

Founded by Kashyap VadapalliKV Ravi Shekhar, and Anubhav Sonthalia, BCT Ventures is building an AI-native venture platform that creates and scales consumer brands by combining artificial intelligence with practitioner expertise and data-driven product development.

According to the company, its operating model is built around protocol-led products, practitioner-led audiences, and AI-powered growth systems. While nutrition and wellness will be its initial focus, BCT Ventures plans to replicate the model across additional consumer categories in the future.

According to BCT Ventures, these three AI engines operate as an integrated feedback loop, enabling real-time consumer insights to continuously influence product development, marketing decisions, and future product iterations.

The company believes this AI-native approach can significantly shorten the time required to build and scale consumer brands while improving product-market fit through continuous data-driven optimisation.
