Anveshan Raises Rs 150 Cr Series B Round Led By Vertex Ventures

Clean-label food brand Anveshan has raised Rs 150 crore in a Series B funding round led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India.

The round also saw participation from IFC (International Finance Corporation), Swiggy Co-Founder Sriharsha Majety, Wipro Consumer Care Ventures, Titan Capital Winners Fund, Force Ventures LLP, and boAt founders Aman Gupta and Sameer Mehta.

The fresh capital will be used to strengthen the company’s manufacturing capabilities, accelerate product innovation, expand its omnichannel presence, and deepen partnerships with micro-entrepreneurs and traditional food producers across India.

Founded by Aayushi Khandelwal, Akhil Kansal, and Kuldeep Parewa, Anveshan is building a portfolio of premium Indian food staples focused on quality, authenticity, and transparency. The brand offers products across categories including cold-pressed oils, ghee, honey, and other kitchen essentials sourced through traditional production methods.

According to the company, it is currently operating at an annual revenue run rate of approximately Rs 280-300 crore. Existing investor Titan Capital said it has doubled down on its investment through the Titan Capital Winners Fund as the startup enters its next phase of growth.

The funding comes amid rising consumer demand for premium, health-focused food products, a category that continues to attract investor interest across India’s direct-to-consumer and FMCG sectors.
