Aman Gupta Invests in FIG Living Through SailThru Ventures
A February 2026 report said FIG Living had reached an annual recurring revenue run rate of ₹8 crore in its first year, with ₹6 crore achieved year-to-date at the time.

Entrepreneur and investor Aman Gupta has invested in FIG Living, a design-focused home and lighting brand, through his investment firm SailThru Ventures.
The company was founded by Sushant Sharma, who previously worked at boAt, and has expanded from decorative lighting into a broader home and living category. The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
The investment extends Aman Gupta’s association with Sushant Sharma from their time at boAt. SailThru Ventures describes itself as an early-stage investment firm focused on seed and pre-seed businesses, with a focus on consumer brands.
Founded in 2024, FIG Living initially focused on decorative lighting and has since expanded its catalogue to include table lamps, floor lamps, pendant and wall lights, portable lamps and other home-decor products. Its current range also includes vases, candles, cushions, figurines, side tables and other décor items.
FIG Living’s website currently identifies Sushant Sharma and Siya Wadhawan as co-founders, with Varun Sharma as a director. Sushant leads operations and new product development, while Wadhawan oversees marketing and sales. Both founders have previously worked at boAt, according to the company’s profile.
The company says FIG Living has now reached more than 45,000 homes across India, up from the 40,000-home milestone cited in earlier company material. It describes itself as a light and living brand, while continuing to build its presence across home-decor categories.
FIG Living operates under Inmark Consumer Private Limited, which was established in August 2026. The brand originated within Inmark Exports, a manufacturing and export business specialising in decorative paper lighting. FIG Living says its products are manufactured at its own facility, allowing it to maintain control over design and manufacturing.
The company has previously reported rapid early growth. A February 2026 report said FIG Living had reached an annual recurring revenue run rate of ₹8 crore in its first year, with ₹6 crore achieved year-to-date at the time. The figure should be treated as an earlier company-reported milestone rather than its current revenue.
The fresh investment from SailThru Ventures is expected to support FIG Living’s next phase of expansion, including distribution, offline consumer experiences and new product development. The company is also looking to broaden its home and lifestyle portfolio while continuing to build its design-led identity.
For Gupta, the investment adds another consumer brand to SailThru Ventures’ portfolio. The firm has also backed Rosier Foods, an organic and A2-ghee-focused staples brand, among other consumer businesses.
