All Things People (ATP), a rising HR-tech platform, has closed a ₹7 crore seed funding round, with participation from notable investors including Honasa founder & CEO Varun Alagh, Amit Dalmia, Alex von Behr, Vivek Gambhir, and Amit Sinha.
The fresh capital will be used to scale its flagship product, atp|reflect, by enhancing continuous employee listening capabilities, advanced analytics, actionable insights, and secure technology infrastructure.
The company also plans to strengthen its go-to-market strategy through marketing and sales expansion.
Founded in 2024 by Anish Singh, Kshitij Jain, and Shashank Shekhar, All Things People positions itself as a next-generation HR-tech company reimagining workplace experiences. By combining artificial intelligence, people science, and organizational expertise, it aims to deliver scalable and personalized solutions that help enterprises engage, retain, and nurture talent.
ATP’s debut product, atp|reflect, enables leaders to monitor workforce sentiment continuously and drive organizational change with data-backed insights.

Since launch, the platform has onboarded 15 clients across industries, including a Big Four consulting firm, a leading automobile manufacturer, hospitality chains, unicorn startups, e-commerce companies, and pharmaceutical firms.
Building on this early traction, All Things People has already expanded into India, Australia, and Sri Lanka, with plans to deepen its global presence.
