Aignosis Raises ₹4 Crore Seed Funding Led by Antler and Nikhil Kamath

Jaipur-based healthtech startup Aignosis has raised ₹4 crore in a seed funding round led by Antler and investor Nikhil Kamath, with participation from angel investors including Varun Dua and IIMA Ventures.

The startup plans to use the fresh capital to expand its AI-assisted autism and developmental screening technology across India’s healthcare ecosystem.

Founded by Raksheet Jain and Divyansh Mangal, Aignosis had previously raised its first funding round in 2024 from investors including Rajneesh Bhandari and Amit Jain. The company was incubated at IIM Ahmedabad Ventures and was selected for Google’s 2025 Google for Startups Accelerator: AI First India cohort.

Aignosis has completed its CDSCO regulatory process and received Class B certification for its screening technology, according to the company. Its platform is designed to screen children between 16 months and nine years using a standard laptop and webcam. A short session is conducted through nine stimulus-based modules, after which computer vision is used to analyze behavioral signals such as gaze, response to name and reactions to facial expressions.

The system generates a risk report indicating whether a child may require further clinical assessment. Aignosis positions the technology as a screening and early-detection tool rather than a standalone diagnostic system, with pediatricians and clinical professionals involved in the screening process.

The startup primarily follows a clinic-in-clinic model, providing its technology to pediatricians so that developmental screening can be incorporated into existing healthcare practices. Aignosis said it has deployed the platform across more than 20 government primary health centers in Rajasthan.

The company has also partnered with Mankind Pharma, whose nearly 1,300 medical representatives are supporting screening camps with pediatricians across India. Aignosis is also beginning operations with Apollo Shines, the Apollo Group’s school infirmary division, across around 125 schools.

Aignosis said it has completed more than 8,000 screenings so far and is targeting at least 100,000 screenings by the end of FY27. These figures are company-reported.

The startup plans to expand into Punjab, the National Capital Region, Haryana, Tamil Nadu, Jharkhand, Karnataka and Maharashtra. The expansion is expected to build on its deployments in Rajasthan and partnerships with private healthcare and education networks.

The latest funding marks Aignosis’ move from developing and validating its screening technology toward wider deployment across public and private healthcare settings.
