Xovian Aerospace secures $2 Mn strategic funding led by Ashish Kacholia
The startup is developing AI-led radio frequency (RF) satellite systems designed to capture and interpret signals from space.

Satellite intelligence startup Xovian Aerospace has raised $2 million in a strategic funding round led by Ashish Kacholia.
The company had earlier secured $2.5 million in a pre-seed round backed by Piper Serica and TurboStart, along with participation from Inflection Point Ventures and Eaglewings Ventures.
The newly raised funds will be channelled towards advancing satellite development, scaling its AI and engineering teams, and building stronger commercial alliances.
Founded in 2019 by Ankit Bhateja and Raghav Sharma, Xovian Aerospace is developing AI-led radio frequency (RF) satellite systems designed to capture and interpret signals from space.
Its technology focuses on extracting real-time intelligence by analysing RF data, offering visibility into activities that are often undetectable through conventional optical satellite systems.
The platform supports use cases across sectors such as defence, climate monitoring, aviation, maritime, and infrastructure by delivering predictive insights and situational awareness.
As demand rises for advanced monitoring solutions amid climate and geopolitical challenges, Xovian is positioning its RF-based approach as an alternative to traditional satellite imaging, enabling continuous tracking and analysis even in low-visibility or signal-suppressed environments.
