About Two Point O Capital

Founded in 2024 by Archit Mehrotra, Karan Bhutani, Manya Ranjan and Shashidhar Reddy, Two Point O Capital provides financing and project execution services for clean energy and utility infrastructure used by businesses.

The company works across rooftop solar, energy efficiency and wastewater treatment, and plans to add battery energy storage systems (BESS) to its offering.

Its model combines financing, equipment leasing, project execution and asset monitoring. Two Point O works with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) partners for equipment supply and project deployment.

The company operates a wholly owned NBFC subsidiary for lending activities, while a separate operating entity handles leasing and service-based financing arrangements.

Its customers include Premier Energies, Godrej, JK Tyre, Morepen Pharma, Wipro and Phoenix Mills.

The company is targeting industries with significant energy and water requirements, including data centres, automotive, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and healthcare. It also plans to explore the small and medium enterprise (SME) segment.

Two Point O estimates the annual opportunity in the market it is targeting at $100 billion to $150 billion. This is a company estimate rather than an independently verified market-size figure.
