Bengaluru-based fashion accessories startup Qiroko has raised ₹1.5 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by ISV Capital, with participation from angel investors.

The company plans to use the fresh capital to develop new products, expand into additional accessories categories, strengthen distribution and build its internal branding and content capabilities.

Founded in 2025 by Shivam Vasisht and Ashwin Krithik, Qiroko was bootstrapped before raising its first external funding round. The startup sells affordable fashion accessories aimed at everyday use.

About Qiroko

According to Qiroko, the company reached an annualised revenue run rate of ₹6 crore within its first year of operations while maintaining what it describes as strong unit economics.

An annualised revenue run rate estimates potential yearly revenue based on a recent period of sales. It does not mean the company generated ₹6 crore in actual revenue during FY26. Qiroko has not disclosed its full-year FY26 revenue, profitability or customer acquisition cost.

The company sells through its direct-to-consumer website and ecommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra. Its products are also available on quick-commerce platform Blinkit.

Qiroko plans to strengthen its presence across these channels as it expands its product portfolio and seeks to increase product availability.

What’s Next for Qiroko?

The fresh capital will support the development of new products and expansion into additional fashion accessories categories, with watches and bags among the areas Qiroko plans to enter.

The startup also intends to expand its existing jewellery and everyday accessories range. Alongside product development, it will invest in branding, marketing content and team building.

Qiroko plans to build these capabilities internally as it scales, giving the company greater control over product launches, brand communication and customer engagement.
