AI-driven wealthtech startup HyperNorm AI has raised $2.2 million in a seed funding round co-led by Capital 2B and SenseAI Ventures.

The round also saw participation from Boundless Ventures, iOPEX Technologies, and angel investors including Amit Sheth and Bhavin Manek.

The newly raised capital will be used to advance the company’s product innovation roadmap, strengthen its AI and engineering capabilities, and accelerate expansion across the United States and other international markets.

Founded in 2024 by Keyur Faldu and Peeyush Jain, HyperNorm AI develops a decision intelligence platform designed for wealth advisors and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).

The platform helps financial professionals monitor client portfolios, identify investment risks and opportunities, and make data-driven decisions based on real-time market developments.

At the core of the platform is a proprietary AI-powered causal reasoning engine that analyses market events, evaluates their potential impact on investment portfolios, and generates explainable recommendations tailored to individual client mandates.

According to the startup, HyperNorm AI currently serves paying customers across the US, Singapore, and India, reflecting growing demand for AI-powered advisory and wealth management solutions globally.
