Flo Mobility raises $2.5 Mn in pre-Series A funding
The startup has deployed over 60 robots across 10 Indian states, serving clients including L&T, Godrej Properties, Embassy Group, Sobha, and Capacite Infra.

Construction robotics startup Flo Mobility has raised $2.5 million in a pre-Series A funding round co-led by Mela Ventures and Arali Ventures.
The Bengaluru-based company said the fresh capital will be utilised to expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen its AI and autonomous navigation stack, increase deployments across India, and support expansion into international markets, particularly the Middle East.
Founded in 2021 by Manesh Jain and Pratik Patel, Flo Mobility develops Physical AI-powered robotics solutions designed for construction and industrial environments. The startup focuses on automating material movement and repetitive workflows across large-scale project sites.
Its flagship autonomous mobile robot, Flo Hauler, is a battery-powered system capable of transporting loads of up to 1.5 tonnes across construction sites, including multi-floor operations. The robot is built to function in dynamic and unstructured environments with changing layouts, uneven terrain, and challenging weather conditions.
Flo Mobility says it has deployed over 60 robots across 10 Indian states, serving clients including L&T, Godrej Properties, Embassy Group, Sobha, and Capacite Infra.
According to the startup, its robotics platform has helped customers achieve nearly 45% reduction in operational costs, 50% faster material transportation, and a 67% decline in workplace accidents on construction sites.
The startup is also developing additional robotics solutions for construction workflows such as wall finishing and site automation, while continuing to expand its vision-based autonomy platform for industrial use cases.
