Dialflo Raises ₹1.7 Crore in Maiden Funding Round Led by AJVC
The startup plans to use the funding to improve its AI technology, expand its customer base and build out its hybrid AI-and-human contact centre model.

Bengaluru-based voice AI startup Dialflo has raised ₹1.7 crore in its maiden funding round led by early-stage venture capital firm AJVC, with participation from angel investors Afsar Ahmad, Arpit Dave and Jani Pasha.
The fresh capital will be used to strengthen Dialflo’s AI capabilities and expand its enterprise platform as the startup looks to add more customers and scale its voice AI deployments.
Founded in 2024 by Abhishek Kumar, Dialflo is building an AI-first platform that uses voice agents and human workflows to automate high-volume business conversations across areas such as customer support, recruitment, logistics and sales.
Kumar previously worked at enterprise software company 6sense. He left the company in March 2023 to pursue entrepreneurship and spent the following months experimenting with different ideas before starting to build Dialflo around August 2024. Kumar is an IIT Kharagpur alumnus.
Dialflo’s early work began through the ONEST project, where it developed voice AI agents that helped ITI students create resumes through phone conversations. The company later moved into commercial use cases and began working with businesses including Smartstaff and Lokal.
The startup now describes its product as an “expert-vetted, AI-first contact centre” that combines AI agents with human intervention. Its platform is designed to route repetitive and high-volume tasks to AI while allowing human teams to handle cases requiring greater judgment.
A key part of Dialflo’s current product direction is its focus on measuring outcomes from AI deployments rather than only tracking conventional contact-centre metrics. The company is building an attribution layer that tracks the work performed by AI agents and human teams and links those activities to business outcomes.
Dialflo’s current website describes the platform as an outcome-focused voice AI system, with use cases including logistics and delivery, staffing and recruitment, customer support and other business workflows. It says customers pay based on resolved outcomes rather than call attempts or minutes.
The startup currently works with more than 10 enterprises, including Tata Digital, Intugine and Careernet, according to AJVC. The investor said Dialflo is being used across workflows including supply-chain operations, candidate fulfilment and customer experience.
The company is targeting additional enterprise customers as it expands its platform. Its current deployments span staffing, logistics and customer experience, while its underlying voice AI infrastructure supports multilingual conversations and integration with business workflows.
The ₹1.7 crore round gives Dialflo its first institutional capital as it moves from early deployments to a broader enterprise-focused platform.
