Deep-tech startup Yaanendriya raises ₹15 crore seed funding
The funding will help the startup to accelerate the development of indigenous sensor, navigation and control technologies for robotics, aerospace, defence and other mission-critical applications.

Bengaluru-based deep-tech startup Yaanendriya has secured ₹15 crore in a seed funding round led by Piper Serica.
The fresh capital will be used to strengthen the company’s research and development capabilities, accelerate product innovation and expand its portfolio of high-precision navigation systems designed for environments where Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) signals, including GPS, are unavailable, unreliable or intentionally disrupted.
Founded in 2025 by Vamshi Bharadwaj M V, Vyshak Y, Vijay HP and Aravind Thumbur, Yaanendriya develops advanced technologies that enable autonomous systems, including drones, ground robots, spacecraft and underwater vehicles to accurately sense motion, estimate position and orientation, and maintain stable navigation without relying solely on satellite-based positioning.
Its flagship SynCore series of navigation controllers combines data from multiple sensors to deliver real-time orientation, positioning, velocity estimation and stabilisation for autonomous platforms. According to the company, these systems are already being deployed across sectors including defence, surveillance, agriculture and industrial robotics.
Yaanendriya also offers the YDX family of high-precision inertial sensors, which are deployed across four continents in applications ranging from motion capture and gaming to unmanned vehicles and surgical robotics. In addition, the startup is developing next-generation navigation systems, hardware-agnostic platforms for space missions and advanced MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) inertial sensors to support the rapidly growing NewSpace ecosystem.
The funding comes at a time when demand for resilient navigation technologies is rising globally, driven by the expansion of autonomous vehicles, drones, robotics and commercial space missions.
