Ctruh raises $2.5 Mn in seed round led by IPV, Avinya Ventures

Bengaluru-based deeptech startup Ctruh has raised $2.5 million in a seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) and co-led by Avinya Ventures.
The round also saw participation from India Accelerator, Finvolve, Founders Avenue, Anthill Ventures, LVX, and several angel investors.
The latest infusion takes the company’s total capital raised to $4.5 million to date.
Ctruh said the fresh funds will be deployed toward advancing deep-tech research and development, strengthening its browser-native 3D engine, scaling VersaAI, its generative AI platform for 3D asset creation, and supporting market expansion into the US and UAE in 2026.
Founded in 2022 by Vinay Agastya, Ctruh is building infrastructure for the spatial internet through a full-stack platform that enables brands to create and deploy 3D and XR experiences across devices without requiring app downloads or specialised hardware.
Its proprietary technology stack includes VersaAI, which converts images, text, and video into production-ready 3D assets, and Commverse Studio, a no-code platform for building immersive commerce and XR applications.
The startup aims to simplify adoption of 3D and extended reality technologies for enterprises by addressing longstanding barriers around cost, technical complexity, and fragmented deployment workflows.
Ctruh’s browser-native architecture enables brands to launch interactive 3D product visualisations, AR experiences, virtual storefronts, and immersive digital environments directly through web links and QR codes.
The company was recently featured on Shark Tank India Season 5, where it gained wider visibility among retail investors and startup audiences.
With demand for immersive digital commerce and spatial computing infrastructure rising globally, Ctruh is positioning itself as a foundational technology layer for brands transitioning from traditional 2D digital experiences to interactive 3D-first engagement models.
