Brekfuz raises $525K funding at $7.5 Mn valuation
The startup was launched to address common workplace challenges such as fragmented communication, unclear ownership, and the loss of institutional context as teams scale.

Brekfuz, an AI-native workplace coordination startup, has secured $525,000 in fresh funding at a $7.5 million valuation. The round was backed by Pear VC, Pareto Holdings, Collective Global, and a network of angel investors.
The company will use the fresh capital to advance its AI-powered coordination platform, helping businesses organize institutional knowledge, improve cross-functional collaboration, and make workplace information easier to discover and utilise.
Founded by Arhan Singhal and Sarthak Ahuja, Brekfuz is building an AI-native platform that transforms scattered organisational knowledge into a structured and searchable intelligence layer.
Its platform connects with enterprise tools including Slack, GitHub, email, documents, meeting transcripts, and project management software to create a unified knowledge repository. By automatically mapping responsibilities, expertise, and decision histories, the platform enables employees and AI agents to retrieve accurate information using natural language queries.
Rather than relying on individuals for operational knowledge, Brekfuz creates a persistent organisational memory that preserves business context and streamlines knowledge sharing. The startup aims to become a foundational AI infrastructure layer that enables organisations to make faster, better-informed decisions while reducing inefficiencies across teams.
