Acai Theory Raises Rs 4 Cr in Pre-Seed Funding Led by All In Capital

Health-focused QSR startup Acai Theory has raised Rs 4 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by All In Capital, with participation from TDV Partners and a group of angel investors, including Rinshul Chandra, Harpreet Grover, Anurag Prasad, and Harish Varadarajan.

The capital infusion will be used to expand its physical footprint, invest in team building, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen backend operations including supply chain and product innovation.

Founded in 2025 by Rishav Ranjan and Akash Kyal, Acai Theory is building a health-first quick service restaurant platform centred around açaí-based offerings. The startup focuses on delivering nutrient-dense, indulgent food options through a QSR-first, assembly-only model that eliminates live cooking to ensure consistency and faster service.

The brand’s menu is anchored around açaí bowls made using the Brazilian superfood, alongside smoothies and functional snacks, targeting urban consumers seeking healthier alternatives without compromising on taste and convenience.

Since launching its flagship outlet in Bengaluru in October 2025, the company claims to have served over 10,000 bowls within six months, indicating early traction in a niche but growing category of health-focused QSRs.

Going forward, Acai Theory plans to scale to 8–10 outlets across Bengaluru, set up a centralised kitchen to maintain quality control, and deploy AI-led tools along with digitised standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

The startup is positioning itself at the intersection of nutrition, convenience, and experience as demand for healthier food options continues to rise among urban consumers.
