Cyber resilience startup Mitigata has raised $5.9 million in its Series A funding round led by Nexus Venture Partners, with participation from Titan Capital and WEH Ventures.
The funds will be used to enhance Mitigata’s AI-driven cyber resilience platform, scale its cybersecurity and insurance offerings, and expand its operations across Indian and global markets.
Founded in 2021, Bengaluru-based Mitigata was started by Mohit Anand, Sarthak Dubey, Mayank Morya, and Akshit Kaushik.
The startup offers a full-stack cyber resilience solution that integrates cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and cyber insurance into a single AI-powered platform.
It provides services such as SOC monitoring, VAPT, CERT-In empanelled audits, incident response, digital forensics, and deployment of cybersecurity tools.

Nexus Venture Partners, the lead investor in this round, is also in the process of raising $700 million for its eighth fund, the same size as its last fund closed in March 2023.
