Noida-based climate mobility startup ILine.ai Solutions has raised $500,000 in an angel funding round, backed by a group of investors focused on climate-tech and sustainable mobility.
The fresh capital will fuel ILine’s expansion across 12 tier-II cities by the end of 2025, including Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Bhopal, Ahmedabad, and Surat.
The company also plans to set up two regional hubs and onboard 20,000 electric vehicle (EV) drivers to strengthen its green logistics network.
Founded in April 2024 (officially launched in April 2025) by Prakarsh Dwivedi, Shailesh R. Singh and Virral Patel, ILine.ai operates a dual-app marketplace aimed at optimizing last-mile deliveries through low-emission EV fleets.

The platform is powered by an AI-driven dispatch engine that reduces idle miles and enhances route efficiency, while offering features like real-time tracking, carbon savings analytics, and OTP-secured drop-offs.
In addition to geographic expansion, ILine intends to bolster its driver marketplace, deepen its AI and analytics capabilities, and partner with EV OEMs and state transport authorities. The company is targeting 30,000 daily orders across its active cities by Q4 2026, and has set an ambitious goal of achieving net-zero Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2028.
