Mumbai-based fashion delivery platform KNOT has secured $3 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Kae Capital, with participation from Sparrow Capital, Boundless Ventures LLP, and prominent D2C founders from SNITCH, The Souled Store, and Bonkers Corner.
Existing investors including WEH Ventures, All In Capital, and Kumar Saurabh (Aukera Jewellery) also joined the round.
The capital infusion will be deployed towards product innovation, geographic expansion beyond Mumbai, and strengthening brand partnerships as the company scales its fast-fashion fulfillment operations.
Founded in 2025 by Archit Nanda and Rachit Bansal, KNOT is transforming online fashion shopping through its 60-minute delivery model and Try ‘n Buy experience. The idea evolved from a pivot of their earlier venture, Slick, after identifying a clear gap in fashion discovery and instant gratification for Gen Z and millennial shoppers.
