Dronetech startup Enercomp Solutions has raised ₹2 crore in a bridge funding round led by a group of angel investors. The round was facilitated and advised by Bestvantage Investments, a boutique investment firm known for connecting high-growth startups with capital across India and the Middle East.
The Ahmedabad-based company said the funds will be deployed to ramp up manufacturing, advance R&D for its AI-powered drone software, and enhance its delivery capabilities to support large-scale national deployments.
As part of its broader roadmap, Enercomp plans to raise an additional ₹8 crore in strategic investments over the coming year to scale its intellectual property, product offerings, and execution capacity.
Enercomp Solutions was co-founded by Jatin Patel and Suresh Shahdadpuri in 2013. Jatin Patel, who also serves as Director and Founder, leads the company’s vision to integrate cutting-edge drone hardware and GIS-based analytics into India’s location intelligence ecosystem. Based in Ahmedabad, the company has emerged as a notable player in India’s growing deep-tech sector.

Enercomp operates at the convergence of drone hardware, software, and services—offering indigenous drone manufacturing, a Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS) model, and a proprietary GIS analytics platform. Its fleet includes seven proprietary drone models, including VTOL, fixed-wing, and surveillance variants, deployed across both enterprise and government projects.
With clients like Tata Projects, Reliance, Mahindra Susten, and L&T, the company earns 70% of its revenue from product sales, supported by a real-time data analytics dashboard. Enercomp grew its revenue from ₹3.1 crore in FY23 to ₹5.6 crore in FY24, and has already logged ₹4.2 crore in FY25, backed by a ₹9 crore order book.
To date, the startup has raised ₹6.9 crore, with its valuation rising from ₹12.5 crore to ₹60 crore. The founding team holds over 80.5% equity. Enercomp is also preparing to commercialize a small-category engine and recently test-fired its hydrogen-powered core, ‘The Blue Dragon,’ as it pushes into India’s next-gen aerospace frontier.
