Darwix AI, a startup delivering omnichannel generative AI for enterprise sales and service workflows, has secured $1.5 million in a seed funding round.
The round was led by Rebalance, with participation from Inflection Point Ventures (IPV), JITO Incubation and Innovation Foundation, Growth Sense, and Growth91. Notable angel investors including Ankit Nagori, Sanjay Suri, Amit Lakhotia, and Mekin Maheshwari also backed the company.
The capital infusion is set to drive product innovation and support go-to-market expansion, particularly in the U.S. market, as Darwix positions itself as a critical enabler of intelligent enterprise conversations.
Founded in 2022 by Ajay Sethi, Hanit Awal, and Kushal Das, the company has engineered a comprehensive GenAI infrastructure that powers real-time intelligence, automation, and assistance across sales and service interactions.

Its platform is designed for large-scale enterprises across BFSI, retail, and insurance, operating in regions including the U.S., India, and the Middle East.
At the core of its offering is Transform Plus, a multi-tenant platform that integrates voice, chat, email, and in-person channels, enabling smarter and faster enterprise communication. The stack is built on a proprietary LLM infrastructure with advanced hardware and software integrations that meet enterprise-grade reliability and privacy needs.
