Bengaluru-based startup Adopt AI has raised $6 million in a seed funding round led by Elevation Capital, with additional backing from Foster Ventures, Powerhouse Ventures, Darkmode Ventures, and a host of angel investors.
The funding marks a key milestone for the agentic AI company as it sets out to redefine how enterprises interact with their software systems.
With the fresh capital, the startup plans to scale its engineering and product teams and accelerate enterprise deployment of its agentic automation platform.
Founded by Deepak Anchala, Rahul Bhattacharya, and Anirudh Badam, Adopt AI is building an agentic platform that turns traditional business applications into intelligent, AI-powered interfaces capable of understanding and executing natural language commands.

In essence, the platform allows existing B2B and consumer software to become intelligent agents—without requiring a complete rebuild of the current systems.
“We are enabling B2B and consumer applications to evolve into intelligent agents—without needing to rebuild existing systems,” said Deepak Anchala, CEO and co-founder of Adopt AI. “This helps enterprises enhance user engagement and retention while leveraging their current infrastructure.”
Adopt AI’s core offering includes a no-code agent builder that learns application-specific workflows and generates actions automatically.
A key feature of the platform is its conversational AI interface, which allows users to interact with applications using everyday language, eliminating the need for technical know-how.
The company has attracted top-tier AI talent from Microsoft and Google.
Co-founder and Chief AI Officer Anirudh Badam brings over a decade of experience building large-scale AI systems at Microsoft, while founding AI engineer Vijay Sagar, formerly of Google, adds ten years of machine learning expertise to the team.
