Hyderabad-based Earthful made a strong pitch on Shark Tank India Season 4, Episode 38.
Founded in 2020 by sisters Veda and Sai Sudha Gogineni, the brand operates in the wellness and nutrition industry, specializing in plant-based supplements.
Earthful offers natural, chemical-free products catering to various health needs, including multivitamins, plant-based proteins, and targeted nutrition for skin, hair, sleep, and PCOS.
The founders sought ₹75 lakhs for 1% equity, valuing the company at ₹75 crores.
The Sharks were particularly intrigued by Earthful’s unique formulations, including India’s first 100% natural multivitamin for menopausal women and its junk-free Kids’ chocolaty milk mix powder.

When asked about financials, the company showcased rapid growth, with revenues increasing from ₹2.5 lakhs in FY22 to ₹4 crores in FY24.
With this investment, the founders aim to expand their reach and project a turnover of ₹13 crores in FY25.
During the pitch, the Sharks raised concerns about scalability. However, Ritesh Agarwal saw strong potential in the growing demand for clean nutrition and was the only Shark to make an offer.
After negotiations, Earthful secured a deal with Ritesh Agarwal, who invested ₹75 lakhs for 2.5% equity, valuing the company at ₹30 crores.
The brand has also raised ₹5 crore recently in a seed funding round led by Srinivasan Namala.
