Gurugram-based health and personal care startup Patch Up made waves on Episode 15 of Shark Tank India Season 4.

Founded by Radhika Rajpal in 2024, the startup introduces innovative vitamin patches that deliver nutrients directly through the skin, carving a niche in the crowded supplements market.

Radhika entered the tank seeking ₹50 lakh for 1.75% equity, valuing Patch Up at ₹28.5 crore.

She shared her vision for creating additive-free supplements after discovering harmful substances in existing products.

An economics graduate from Delhi University with international work experience, Radhika’s compelling story and her commitment to clean health solutions resonated with the sharks.

While Namita Thapar and Aman Gupta expressed concerns over challenges in the supplements industry and the lack of clinical trials, others saw tremendous potential in Patch Up’s innovative offering.

Ritesh Agarwal offered ₹50 lakh for a 5% equity stake, while Peyush Bansal proposed ₹40 lakh for 2.25% equity.

Peyush also suggested that Radhika revisit an existing ₹2 crore VC deal, proposing she accept the same amount from him instead at the same valuation. He expressed his belief in the business, stating, “I understand what it takes to build a category from scratch.”

Among the sharks, however, Anupam Mittal demonstrated the strongest support for Radhika’s vision. He matched Peyush’s offer with ₹50 lakh for 2.27% equity, valuing Patch Up at ₹22 crore, while emphasizing his faith in her potential as a founder.

Anupam shared her frustration with the challenges in the supplements industry and was confident in her ability to overcome them. After careful consideration, Radhika accepted Anupam’s offer, moved by his conviction in her vision and his promise to add significant value to her journey.

Anupam praised her entrepreneurial spirit, calling her “one of the best founders” he had seen on the show.
