Innerwear and shapewear brand Pinq Polka has secured Rs 4 crore in a pre-Series A funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV).
The company said it will use the capital to scale marketing efforts in its shapewear segment, expand its team, and support working capital requirements as it grows its operations.
Founded in 2017 by Manveen Ssharma, Pinq Polka is a Faridabad-based brand focused on innerwear, shapewear, and intimate lifestyle products designed around comfort and functionality for women.
The brand develops products aimed at solving everyday issues related to fit, hygiene, and usability, with a focus on Indian body types and climate conditions. Its portfolio includes shapewear, fashion solutions, and hygiene products designed for daily wear.
Pinq Polka operates in India’s growing lingerie and intimate wear segment, which is currently valued at around Rs 50,000 crore and is projected to reach Rs 90,000 crore by 2030–31.
The company gained wider visibility after appearing on the TV show Shark Tank India, which contributed to its brand recognition and customer growth.
Over the past three years, the startup reports a nearly 19X increase in revenue, growing from Rs 1.22 crore to Rs 20 crore, driven by product expansion and demand in the direct-to-consumer segment.
